Skill Training Program

Example Training Plans:

  1. Skill Time: Players work on their skill sets including ball handling, shooting, defense, post moves, and more. There will always be a coach in the gym giving players drills to perform, tips, and motivation. 
  2. Speed and/or Strength: Players will either work in the weight room, speed room, or combination of both to work on getting stronger and faster. Coach will provide programs, proper form guidance, and motivation. Our younger players (7-11) will spend this time working on speed and body weight exercises.
  3. Open Gym: Players can continue to work on their individual games and/or play pickup basketball games against their peers. Coach Supervises.
