Group Skill Sessions

 
 

SMALL GROUP TRAINING:
Our small group training will enable coaches to interact with players and compete with players with their skill level:

  • Skill Specific Training: Athletes always train with other athletes who are at a similar skill level. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or an advanced player, you will be challenged as you compete in a small group with athletes who are similarly skilled. 
  • Small Groups: We form the groups, no more than 6 athletes in a group. 
  • Session Format:  Each 1-hour session will consist of drills designed to improve shooting, ball handling, passing, defense and footwork, as well as confidence and understanding of the game.  Players will be able to take away drills to practice on their own time!
